da aviator aposta: West Ham have had a stop-start season this year, perfectly illustrated by their last two results, a 4-2 win over Burnley and most recently a 1-1 draw with Huddersfield.
da roleta: In what came as huge news yesterday, Marko Arnautovic hinted in an interview with Austrian newspaper, Kurier via The Independent that he could well move away from West Ham as he looks to challenge himself against some of the best players in the world.
While not openly stating that he wanted to the leave the club, his quotes will surely put the West Ham fans in meltdown. Despite his recent remarks, West Ham still hold all the cards in the deal and could come out on top.
The Breakdown
Although Arnautovic remains one of the better strikers in the league and arguably the best outside the top six, at 29, the Austrian only has a few years left in his prime.
He’s currently valued at £22.5 million but in reality, he could well go for a fee closer to £40 million. Due to his superb form which has seen him score 16 goals while also grabbing nine assists in 46 games for West Ham, there’s no doubt that the club could hold out for a huge fee.
With that kind of money, they could reinvest that into the squad next summer. What West ham must do though, is make sure they don’t lose the striker in January.
He’ll be 30 at that time and £40 million for a striker at that age is a great deal for The Hammers.
What do you think West Ham fans?
